To change personal information, login to www.mubbi.com.ng, on your dashboard select ‘Account Details’, edit your information and save.

The Mubbi platform is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you have with us is encrypted and third parties cannot view those information.

Upon deployment, the Mubbi Mobile App shall be used free of extra charges.

The Mubbi marketplace is not like any regular mobile shopping mall with branches all over the nation. Here, buyers can directly contact sellers, we only serve as intermediary between buyers and sellers in some cases like payments, conflict resolution and customer support.

Sign In to your account, on your dashboard, go to “Address”, click on ‘Edit Address’, input the new address and submit.

Delivery charges are always displayed alongside any product displayed. For special deliveries, the seller would always directly contact the buyer. Don’t forget that at Mubbi, buyers have direct access and can interact with sellers.

You can cancel your order as long as you have not proceeded to cash-out after which money has left your account to payment engine.
